Martha's story
Problem
Child sexual abuse has a devastating impact on a child’s physical, emotional and mental health. The number of young people being affected is growing and Barnardo’s are experiencing an increase in demand for their services. Without sufficient funding, they might not be able to be there for everyone who needs them.
Solution
Ask supporters to give a gift to help support a young person who’s been subjected to sexual abuse. This was a large campaign, including direct mail and digital advertising. In support of this I animated illustrations Martha had created in order to show her story. This animation was posted on Barnardo's Facebook and Instagram to raise awareness of child sexual exploitation, and ask viewers for a gift to support children who've been effected.
